UNDERTAKING FOR ATTENDING OFFLINE CLASSES

I, Mr./Ms._________________________ son/daughter of Sri/Smt.______________________________ enrolled with ACE Engineering Academy for Offline coaching classes Batch Code__________, with Enrollment Number____________________, Stream ____________ at Branch _________ hereby undertake that

That the academy/institution has to function as per the guidelines/directions issued by the Government of the respective State by following the measures put in place for containment of COVID-19 post lockdown and in these conditions while I am attending offline coaching classes, if lockdown/any restrictions are imposed by the Government for conducting classes via offline mode then I agree to attend/complete my balance classes (if any) via online/ any alternative mode as can/may be provided by the academy/institution at that point of time with no refund of fees.

That I hereby accept unambiguously all the terms and conditions of the academy/institution amended from time to time, post my admission with the academy/institution and undertake to fully abide by them.

I confirm that according to my medical examination, I am tested Covid Negative and that I have taken the required Covid Vaccination.

I agree that the academy/institution will allow me to attend the offline classes only after I provide the academy/institution with my valid Covid test report and Covid Vaccination Certificate.

If at any point of time after my admission while attending offline classes, if I am tested Covid Positive, I will immediately intimate the concerned branch of the same by providing them with my valid test report and agree to attend my balance classes (if any) via online/ any alternative mode as can/may be provided by the academy/institution at that point of time.

That the above undertaking is voluntary and with my free will and consent.
